Looking for a relaxing way to get your hands in some clay? Our 90-minute Open Studio Walk-In sessions are perfect for anyone wanting to explore hand-building without the pressure of a formal class. Come solo or with a friend—just be ready to get messy and make something all your own.

Please note: Open Studio is for hand-building only. These sessions do not include access to the pottery wheel.

What’s Included:

• 1 lb. of clay

• Access to communal hand-building tools & equipment

• Unlimited firings for any work made during your session

This is not a class—we don’t provide structured instruction or pre-planned projects, so please come with your own ideas or reference images!

Booking & Payment:

• A non-refundable $25 deposit is required when booking below.

• Booking reserves one person’s spot. Additional participants will each pay their $25 fee at the appointment, or can book their own appointment below.

• Additional clay is available at $5 per pound.

Glazing & Pick-Up:

• Your pieces will be ready for pick-up about 2 weeks after your session.

• We’ll notify you via text and/or email when your work is ready.

• Finished pieces are held for 30 days after notification.

• Glazing must be booked as a separate Open Studio session, scheduled within 1 month of your pick-up notice.

Studio Policies

• Age Policy: Open Studio is open to ages 14 and up. Youth under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

• Cancellations/No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, let us know at least 24 hours in advance—we may be able to help you reschedule.

• Attire: Clay is messy! We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, although all of our materials are washable. Close-toed shoes and short/trimmed fingernails are also recommended for safety and ease of working with the clay.

• Accessibility: Our studio is wheelchair accessible, and we’re happy to accommodate other specific needs—just reach out ahead of time.
