Using slab-building techniques, you'll learn how to design and construct a functional serving board while adding creative shark-themed details that make your piece uniquely yours. No pottery experience is necessary—this workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike.

Once glazed and glaze-fired, participants will be notified when their finished mushrooms are ready for pickup.

🍄 Fungi Fun: Sculpt Your Own Earring Tree!
Grow a Little Whimsy with Clay!
Join us for a fun and creative hand-building workshop where you'll sculpt your very own mushroom-inspired earring tree! Whether you're looking for a whimsical way to organize your jewelry or simply want to spend an afternoon playing with clay, this workshop is perfect for all skill levels.
Participants will learn basic hand-building techniques to create a functional ceramic earring display complete with charming mushroom details and plenty of personality. Customize your design with textures, patterns, and unique fungal flair to make it truly one-of-a-kind.
After the workshop, your piece will be dried and bisque fired by our studio team. Once firing is complete (approximately two weeks), you'll be contacted to return and glaze your creation in the colors of your choice. After a final firing, your finished earring tree will be ready to take home and enjoy for years to come.

Handbuilt Haunted Houses
A Black Clay Hand-Building Workshop
Get into the spooky season by creating your own one-of-a-kind haunted house from black stoneware clay! In this beginner-friendly hand-building workshop, you'll learn simple clay construction techniques while designing a whimsical, eerie, or delightfully creepy miniature house.
We'll guide you through building the structure, adding windows and doors, creating texture, and incorporating haunted details like crooked roofs, creeping vines, ghostly figures, and other imaginative embellishments. No pottery experience is necessary—just bring your creativity.
Once completed, your piece will be professionally fired and glazed, making it a lasting Halloween decoration you'll enjoy year after year.

Pumpkin Pottery Workshop

Celebrate the season by creating your own handcrafted ceramic pumpkin! In this fun, beginner-friendly workshop, we'll start with pre-thrown clay cylinders and guide you through transforming them into beautiful, one-of-a-kind pumpkins complete with stems, leaves, and personality.
No wheel-throwing experience is necessary. You'll learn simple altering and sculpting techniques to shape, carve, and customize your pumpkin while enjoying a relaxed and creative studio atmosphere.
Your workshop fee includes all materials, instruction, firing, and finishing. We use a unique clay combination that creates beautiful natural color variation, so no glazing session or return trip is required. Once fired, your pumpkin will be ready for pickup in time to decorate for Halloween and the rest of the fall season.

During this two-hour workshop, we'll guide you through the entire building process, from forming the platter to creating individual egg wells and adding decorative details. No prior clay experience is needed.
Your piece will be dried and fired after the workshop. You'll then return for a separate glazing session (scheduled at a later date) to add your choice of colors and finishes. After the final firing, your completed dish will be food-safe and ready to use for holiday gatherings.
