Give your child a spring break to remember with Magical Mudworks Clay Camp—a hands-on, screen-free creative experience designed for students in grades 3rd-5th (exceptions made for older siblings). Running March 16–20 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, this half-day camp offers kids the chance to explore the art of ceramics through wheel throwing, hand-building, and sculpture, while also learning the science and history behind kiln-fired clay. Campers will be guided through foundational techniques like pinch pot, coiling, and slab building, and will create everything from mythical creatures and cultural artifacts to functional pieces like cups, bowls, and plates. While project suggestions will be offered, campers are encouraged to bring their own ideas and inspiration—this is a space where creative freedom thrives! Please note: campers must be willing and excited to participate. This is not a passive drop-off or babysitting camp. If your child is ready to get their hands (a little—or a lot!) muddy and make something truly unique, Magical Mudworks is the place to be this fall break. Space is limited—register today!
